You may summit a petition requesting the release of all documents concerning this case under the Freedom of Information Act but I must inform you that all information pertaining to this case including evidence and the identity of whistleblowers has been classified and sealed.
Also Executive Orders from the President supersede all league rules, regulations and by laws.
