Falcons vs KC

I believe the Commish has been BWI-ing AGAIN..... Scott picked the falcons to win vs KC, not the Chicago Bears I was unaware that 3 teams are eligible to play in a single game. Is this a new development by the Commish or the league? If so, what are the revisions? Are there extra points available? What are the rules of this new and improved football game? i.e. Falcons vs KC vs Chicago Bears GO BEARS GO!!!
