The Commissioner's Week 3 Picks

Bengals over the 49ers.  Bungles are improving, and home field will make the difference

Patriots over the Bills. Hard to bet against Brady these days.

Saints over Texans. Texans have the second best defense in the league, statistically, but they have played the Colts and the Dolphins. Saints at home.

Eagles over the Giants. Neither have been that impressive, but Vick looks like he can play when injured and Eli looks like he can’t even when he isn’t.

Browns over the Dolphins. Both teams are disappointments this year, but Miami seems like they are close to imploding.

Titans over the Broncos. No team can win consistently when they have a quarterback controversy, even when the controversy is solely in their fans’ heads.

Lions over the Vikings. Two  teams going in opposite directions. Lions are on a mission.

Panthers over the Jags. Panthers have the more experienced quarterback, believe it or not.  Jags are playing scared.

Chargers over the Chiefs. Where have you gone Charlie Weiss?

Raiders over the Jets. Just a hunch, but the Jets looked lucky against the Cowboys, and Oakland has some talent at the skill positions. Seymour sacks Sanchez twice!

Ravens over the Rams. Rams not there yet. Neither are the Ravens but they are closer.

Bucs over the Falcons. Falcons looked a little soft on defense, and Bucs are at home.

Cardinals over the Seahawks. Seattle looking past this game to the 2012 draft.

Packers over the Bears. Cutler calls out his O line for good reason. Packers take advantage as only they can.

Steelers over the Colts. Colts are close to packing it in, and this game might do it.

Redskins over the Cowboys. Did you see Romo try to get off a chair after his interview on NFL Live this week? He could barely do it. Now he will quarterback a professional football team? I don’t care how gutsy he is, that will hurt.
