After much consternation and numerous phone calls, the league office has corrected the statistics for week 12, with the help of the official league auditor Cousin Wayne of Omaha.
In a perfect storm scenario, the league marked Judy wrong for picking the Skins over the Lions, resulting in one extra point assigned to everyone else. Secondly, Judy also had mistakenly been assigned the Eagles over the Seahawks, losing her another point. Patrick also had an issue which had to be addressed.
The result is a need to republish the stats for week 12. The following is the official league stats for week 12.
Thanks again to Wayne, Judy and Patrick for checking their stats and notifying the main office and the auditor. Interestingly, Guido noted that no one caught the fact that he or she was assigned an extra point for a losing Lions pick, including the Commish. He immediately lurched into a conspiracy theory about the picks, the members and various political screeds.
