Weekly Observations:
1. Congrats to Ryan, Trey and Deland for a solid performance this week.
2. Kirk, Deland and Trey, there is no room at the top for 3 big heads.
3. The "Himmy Award" goes to Amy for making a run from the cellah to the top 3!
4. Jo and Wayne are cool as cucumbers.
